Yurt is the white bit on the left

Last year we purchased a yurt so that others can enjoy life on our smallholding, interacting with our alpacas and other animals.  We chose the best spot, with lovely views and away from our house.

The yurt is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a warming log burning stove for those chilly evenings.  It has its own (separate) composting loo (which doesn't smell!) and will soon have a shower (just waiting to get the boiler plumbed in).

We are just round the corner from Waterperry Gardens, which is very popular and hosts plays and operas in its open air ampitheatre.  We are also just a short drive from the dreaming spires of Oxford, not far from Blenheim Palace and about an hour from London by bus or train.

For food, you can BBQ outside the yurt or visit one of the lovely country pubs spread about nearby.  Alternatively, you could try Le Maison aux Quat'Saison, which is about 10 minutes drive from us or The Crazy Bear at Stadhampton.

Contact us if you are interested in staying for a few days (two night minimum stay). If you're lucky, you might be here for one of our new cria arrivals.

Sorry, no dogs due to the many animals we have.
